Coaching and Group Healing Experiences for Mixed Race People Worldwide

Welcome, fellow mixed race person.

Your entire life, you've been on the receiving end of inappropriate questions, hurtful comments, and confused stares, and it's affected you deeply.

You might feel rageful. You might carry a tremendous amount of shame. You might have learned to hide parts of yourself away or pretend to like certain things in order to fit in or keep yourself emotionally safe. You might feel like you are doomed - that you've never be able to fully let your guard down or be yourself in the presence of others.

I want to validate that that's so fucking real.

The persistent pain from feeling othered is too much, the constant self-monitoring is exhausting, and you might not have very many people who really, truly get it.

You're in the right place.

Whether you identify as mixed, biracial, multiracial, or something else, you are welcome here. If you’re white-assumed, you are welcome here. If you only grew up around your white one side of your family, you are welcome here. If you don’t know any other mixed people, you are welcome here. If you have other intersectional identities - queer, adopted, disabled, undocumented, poly, kinky, neurodivergent - you are welcome here.

Mixed Race Belonging exists to support you and the unique experiences of being mixed race and show you that belonging - truly satisfying belonging from the inside-out and outside-in - is possible.

There are a couple of ways we can work together.

Both options are virtual, so no matter where you are, we can connect.

  • Identity and Belonging Coaching

Whether you want to work on healing your belonging wound or your general wellness, we can work together to make those dreams a reality.

  • Belonging Building Blocks

A group course helping you develop the skills to feel more connected to yourself and others so you can cultivate the community you’ve always dreamed of.
